After having studied political science at the University of Quebec in Montreal and traveling extensively throughout North and central America, Southeast Asia and New Zealand, Mr. Pelletier joined Dynamic Funds, member of the Scotiabank Group. There he acquired close to 10 years’ experience working his way up from client services representative to the role Vice-President, business development for the eastern Québec region.
He then joined SFL, a partner of the Desjardins Group, in the role of Branch manager overseeing all aspects of business development and investment strategies. He was also responsible for the offices 75 advisors regulatory requirements and compliance on the investment side.
In July 2015 Mr. Pelletier joins NEI Investments as Vice-President, sales for the Montreal North and South area. Via NEI and its Ethical Funds, Canada’s most comprehensive family of socially responsible mutual funds, Ethical Funds has proven for over 25 years that it’s possible to invest with a conscience.
He is a CIM charter holder and is currently pursuing the FSCI designation. He is looking to further specialize in Responsible Investing by obtaining the RIA’s professional certification.
As a former cancer survivor he is involved with the Hope and Cope foundation which supports young adults dealing and recovering from this disease. He resides in Montreal with his wife and two young boys. He is an ex competitive snowboarder and still likes to surf on his many trips around the world.
