In addition to her portfolio management role, Adelaide is a key contributor to the pension\u2019s sustainable investing strategy for Capital Markets. Prior to rejoining OMERS in 2019, Adelaide was a portfolio manager at Mackenzie Investments, one of Canada\u2019s largest independent asset management firms, where she was also a member of the Responsible Investment Committee, overseeing the firm\u2019s sustainable investing strategy, and its integration within her team\u2019s portfolios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Prior to her portfolio management roles, Adelaide held progressive roles at BMO Capital Markets within Equity Research. She has also held corporate positions at a one of Canada\u2019s largest media firms. She is a CFA charterholder and earned her Chartered Professional Accountant designation, CPA, CA at PwC. She also holds the FSA (Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting) Credential Level I.
