\nCarleton University<\/p>\n

Dr. Hebb is a Distinguished Research Fellow and past Director of the Carleton Centre for Community Innovation, Carleton University, Canada. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Policy and Administration and the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University where she teaches a Masters-level course in Responsible and Impact Investment. She is working with Ceres to expand its footprint in Canada. She led a ten-year research consortium on Responsible Investing funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, Government of Canada. Dr. Hebb is the past chair of the steering committee of the UN- backed Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Academic Network (2009-2014). She serves on a number boards and investment committees in Canada. She recently co-chaired the Ontario\u2019s Social Enterprise Impact Measurement Task Force. She was a board member of the the Responsible Investment Association (Canada) from 2011 to 2017.<\/p>\n

Dr. Hebb received her Doctorate from University of Oxford and was the recipient of the Canadian Social Sciences and Humanities’ William E. Taylor Fellowship for outstanding doctoral candidate (2002-2003). She also received a Clarendon Fellowship from University of Oxford. She received her Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.<\/p>\n

Dr. Hebb is a frequent guest speaker on impact investment, responsible investment and impact measurement issues. She has published many books and articles on responsible investing and impact investing including the volumes the Routledge Handbook of Responsible Investment, SRI in the 21st Century: Does it make a Difference to Society; Working Capital: The Power of Labor\u2019s Pensions; No Small Change: Pension Fund Corporate Engagement; and The Next Generation of Responsible Investing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
