Most recently, Michelle spent 15 years at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS, formerly Fairvest Corporation), where she was a key player in the analysis of large and small public issuers, development of ISS policy guidelines, as well as shareholder and issuer engagement initiatives for the Canadian market.
