She has been a sector manager leading both the Financials research team and the Extractives research team. Prior to joining Sustainalytics, Michelle worked for TD Bank creating ESG and sustainability programs throughout the organization. She represented TD Bank at the UNPRI, Equator Principles and other similar industry associations. Michelle began her career in ESG, RI and sustainability 24 years ago, at Innovest, where she spent 11 years contributing to the growth of issuer ESG ratings for institutional investors.
