Charlene is an Associate with the Sustainable Investment team where she is responsible for researching relevant ESG issues and supporting the firm with ESG data analysis, ESG integration practices, and internal portfolio reviews. Charlene also supports the firm’s ESG growth initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, Charlene worked as a summer intern at a Canadian financial services provider, where she gained experience in fixed-income products. Her earlier experience includes working as a Co-op analyst in the Credit Analytics Group at a Canadian multinational banking and financial services company, where she evaluated the creditworthiness of corporates in various industries. Charlene holds a B.B.A. from the University of Toronto and an MBA from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
