Edmond is responsible for analyzing companies from an ESG perspective to determine eligibility for investment and shareholder engagement.
Prior to joining VCIM, Edmond spent over 11 years with the Canadian Equities Team at an asset management firm. He was primarily responsible for overseeing the team’s data strategy and for optimizing portfolio construction to maximize returns while minimizing unintended risk exposures. In addition, he helped to introduce ESG considerations into the team’s investment process.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Philosophy from Simon Fraser University and is a CFA Charterholder.
