Laura McGee

Laura is the founder and CEO of Diversio, a software company that uses data analytics to enable companies to become more diverse and inclusive. Diversio works with companies, asset managers and development banks in North America, South America and Europe, and has been featured at global events like the G20 and the World Economic Forum Equality Lounge.

Prior to Diversio, Laura was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in their Public and Social Sector Practice. She is a serial founder of social movements like #GoSponsorHer, #HackInclusion and Summit Leaders. She was named a Top 25 Women of Influence in 2017 and currently serves as Co-Chair of Canada’s Expert Panel on Women Entrepreneurs. Her board positions include ArcTern Ventures, Global Citizen, University of Waterloo, and Ted Rogers School of Management. She is a David Rockefeller Fellow with the Trilateral Commission.
