As investors increasingly focus on consideration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in the investment decision-making process, boards and CEOs must consider how their organizations’ cultures support the achievement of ESG objectives.
Culture – a seeming intangible – drives engagement, the attraction of talent, how decisions are made and how risks are addressed, and CEOs and their Boards can and must measure and track it.
