TCFD Implementation: Practical Insights from Canadian and International Investors

A new report showing how global investors can strengthen their climate change reporting has been developed by the Investor Leadership Network (ILN), a group of 14 investors representing over US$ 5 trillion AUM including Canadian institutions AIMCo, CPPIB, OPTrust, CDPQ, and OMERS, and OTPP. The report offers a unique and practical “behind the scenes” look at what major institutions learned through implementing the TCFD recommendations and working to incorporate climate change into their organizations. It shares members’ experiences, lessons learned, details diverse approaches taken, challenges faced, and the reasons behind the choices made. The webinar discussion will be structured around the four pillars of the TCFD recommendations and provide key insights from the report.
