Canadian Investor Statement on Diversity & Inclusion: First Year Status Report

This report is the outcome of the surveys and roundtables hosted by the RIA in 2021 for signatories of the Canadian Investor Statement on Diversity & Inclusion. The report provides insights into the current status of how diversity, equity and inclusion are incorporated in the investment processes and internal operations of the participants’ organizations and act as a benchmark against which future progress on DEI initiatives can be made. The report also highlights actionable steps signatories and other investors can take to improve DEI outcomes in the investment management industry.
