Camille has experience supporting the development, assessment, and implementation of thoughtful and performance-linked compensation programs. She has also supported her clients in navigating high-stakes situations such as CEO transitions, strategic re-orientations, and significant transactions. She has a keen interest in environmental & social governance matters, and particularly the implications for boards and compensation committees. Camille joined Hugessen as an analyst in September 2014, and took on her current role in 2019.
