We have over 100 years of combined experience advising clients on their financial affairs and have seen great complexity. Our team has been able to succeed as trusted advisors to our clients by providing conservative wealth management and by leveraging the expertise of partners, both within BMO and outside the firm.
Together with Ann McCarron, Mario Glavas and Glen Breglia, we are committed to a high level of client service. This team approach enables the sharing of historical knowledge of the market, the foresight to implement new ideas and the continuity of a stable relationship that spans through generations.

At Impact Wealth, we are a design firm. Our mission is to help people create, protect and use wealth to design a better future for their family, their community and the planet.
To do that, we have developed our 360° Impact™️ process that aligns our clients’ goals and values with leading investment, insurance, and employee benefit solutions that get results. We identify gaps clients are often unaware of and offer solutions they may not know exist.
Serving as their personal CFO, or central family office, we future-pace our clients, preparing them for things like retirement or business succession, and make sure they’re prepared for any unexpected events as well, such as an accident, illness, or business bankruptcy.
Sustainable, responsible investing is at the core of what we do; it’s been that way since day one. Our strategy has proven to both reduce risk and improve long-term performance at the same time.
To reinforce our commitment to financial, social, and environmental stewardship, in 2020, we began our journey to become the first certified Benefit Corporation or B Corp wealth advisor in Atlantic Canada. B Corps are driving a global movement of people who use business as a force for good.

Your values are deeply personal. Our approach is too.
We work with clients to consider the profound questions, ‘Will I be OK?’ and ‘How can I look after my family?’, and move beyond that to help them connect their money to what’s meaningful to them.
We help business owners and professionals align their finances with their values, by planning for financial independence, family and social legacies, responsible investing and philanthropy.
People like doing business with us because they are ready to combine meaning with their money.
We are licensed as an independent agent to provide our clients with tax-preferred insurance solutions, employee benefit plans, responsible investments and sustainable retirement income.

We believe investors should not have to sacrifice their core values to meet their financial goals, so we created the Blue Heron ESG Leader Portfolios to offer Responsible Investing to our clients.
The flexibility of the AMA discretionary managed portfolio system has allowed us to be innovative in our thinking and launch these portfolios that focus on sustainable investing. In a dynamic, interconnected world, there is no “simply getting rid of stocks, bonds or investment funds that are unethical or morally ambiguous,” We developed tough screening criteria – our Blue Heron Investment Principles – which constitute a methodology to remove subjectivity from our Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) screening and create a reasonable, objective, and repeatable means to identify better companies and build better portfolios.
Our financial planning approach starts by listening. We want to achieve a full understanding of where you are, and where you would like to go. We work with our clients to develop a meaningful plan for them. We listen, to identify key issues and help you to understand the options available. From this we guide you through the process to make better informed decisions.
We have the scale, flexibility and independence to tailor solutions just for you.
