Eric has extensive experience supporting global consulting firms and delivering projects for highly reputable international development agencies, including the Mastercard Foundation, DANIDA, USAID, and KfW (German Development Bank). As a Financial Specialist for multi-million Euro donor-funded projects, Eric successfully managed IFRS-compliant financial reporting and rigorous statutory requirements. While these funds were channeled through financial institutions, the primary beneficiaries were smallholder farmers and outgrowers, ensuring that capital reached the grassroots level to strengthen agricultural value chains and local economies.
